Payment

Grace C Mae Advocate Center, Inc. accepts most insurances, Medicaid, Medicare, and private pay. All services are by appointment with evening and possible weekend appointments available.

Payment is expected at time of services unless prior arrangements have been made, including co-pays and deductibles. We are happy to bill insurance on behalf of the patient; however, the patient’s share is expected to be paid at the time of service.

The services provided at Grace C Mae Advocate Center are available at a competitive market rate. Fee based services for individual and family treatment range from $160-$220 per session, with insurance adjustments and sliding fee scales available per written agreements. Payment plans are also available for treatment services.

Court-involved cases require a retainer fee before the work will begin. The amount of the retainer fee is no less than $250 per child and $500 per adult involved. The services that cannot be billed to insurance will be charged to the client, or to the attorney who requested the services. The hourly charge for court-involved services is $175 per hour, prorated in 5-minute increments.

Training fees are based on competitive pricing, and take into consideration the amount of preparation work, supplies need, and time involved in providing the training. Most trainings cost a fee per person, or a flat rate cost for an organizational type of training.

Consulting and life coaching fees are no less than $500 for a retainer fee, and charged at $175 per hour, or as negotiated based on the type of work involved.
