Cancellation and Refund Policy
*Cancellations received at least 7 days prior to a scheduled training are refundable except a $25.00 administrative fee.
*Cancellations received less than 7 days prior to a scheduled training will receive no refund or credit.
*You may send another attendee in your place.
*No shows or missed trainings will receive no refund or credit.
*No partial CE credit is available. Attendees must be present the entire duration of the training.
*All trainings are subject to sufficient registration.
*Should the training need to be cancelled we will make every attempt to notify paid registrants in a timely manner. All paid registrants will receive a full refund of course fees.
**Most trainings can be attended via video conference in the case of inclement weather or travel delays. However, contact CE credits may not be available for attending on-line. In most
circumstances, non-contact CE credits can be offered for video conferenced classes.
